A few months ago what caught my attention on the news was a mystery knitter who attached a 50-yard-long scarf featuring woollen athletes to Saltburn pier. What was wonderful about it was that it delighted young and old alike as the town discussed the piece and it also drew more people/tourists to the seaside resort to see it. It was great to see such positive hype over the upcoming Olympics.

I happened to park myself and my bike close to the Community Greenhouses; luckily for me volunteers at the Community Greenhouses were hosting an event.
