Our team members are available to chat via Skype, Google Hangouts or telephone, as is most convenient. Our hands-on approach ensures a member of the team will communicate accordingly with you to explain concepts, receive and discuss your feedback and catch up from time to time to ensure that the project is on track and that we deliver the desired results. Asilia also ensures that you will receive a weekly project status report (or more often if required) and prompt responses to your emails (within one working day).

How long will it take to complete my project?

From user experience through quality assurance testing, our typical project takes 7 weeks. Why 7 weeks? We've found that that's enough time for us to do a thorough job on each of the phases while not so much time that we get bogged down in minutia that aren't really necessary to test the startup's main business assumptions. We are firm believers that getting a product in front of actual users is far more valuable than building extra small features that probably won't have a great effect for better or for worse. Instead, we want entrepreneurs to wait to build additional features until they have proof from users that those features will really help.)

If you have a deadlines in mind, it's good to raise this up at the beginning of the project and we'll endeavour to meet it for you (realistically of course). The most common delay that we've experienced over time is delays in delivery of the website content from the client.

Can you show me some prototypes before I commit?
  1. The consultation and research stage of our design process is crucial to creating distinct, considered and effective work that will best serve our clients
  2. We believe that speculative work compromises the quality of work our clients are entitled to receive and also compromises the value of effective design.

We ask that you judge our potential performance on your project by looking at our portfolio (on our website /portfolio and talking to us to get a sense of our personality and to assess the creative and strategic thinking described below.

I already have a website and need to update it, can you help?

Yes! All you need to do is share the link to the website and we will give you our recommendations as well as give you a quote for updating it.

What is your website creation process?

Our process is pretty much an interactive one where we try and involve the client as much as possible throughout the project. This ensures that the deliverables are correct and also gives the client a sense of ownership having taken part in the whole process. We won't move on to the next phase unless you're happy and have sign-off the next stage.

Can I update my website content independently upon delivery?

Most of our websites are created with a Content Management System that enables you to easily add/edit/delete/manage content. Training is also part of the project work - we conduct a session with key personnel who will be managing website content. This gives them the knowledge and confidence to manage the content independently with minimum IT skills. We also provide you with an easy reference guide.
